When it comes to this sweet potato recipe you'll most likely have everything you need if you have a few sweet potatoes on hand.
Tip: preheat the air fryer if yours needs preheating.
If you have more than 2-3 potatoes you will want to cook in batches and not crowd the air fryer.
If you have large sweet potatoes it might double the cooking time. Consider cutting them into cubes.
Don't overcrowd or stack the potatoes around each other. This will cause uneven cooking and the potatoes wont turn out perfect.
This is great if you are making sweet potato fries. It removes excess starch making for an extra crispy bite.
This can be because of two things. You have different sizes in potatoes, some medium, some small, some large. Or two you over crowed the air fryer basket and this is causing uneven cooking resulting in some parts being overcooked and other parts being undercooked. Shaking the basking throughout the cooking process can something help, but its best to avoid this entirely.

Freeze: Place in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. When cooking from the freezer you can simply place again in the air fryer and make this recipe. If you've cubed or ate some of it the cooking times will differ.
Reheating: Place in the air fryer at a lower temperature to avoid browning/burning. This will bring back the crispy goodness.
